Buy Me This

Mitch Altman is my new hero. He has invented something called the "TV-B-Gone" (read about it here), which can turn off any television, anywhere.

You see the beauty in that, right? Imagine walking through the airport, surreptitiously extinguishing power to each blaring television, and watching people come out of their drooling trances. You can buy it from this website, which is currently down because of bandwidth limitations (an encouraging fact).

I am so easy to shop for. Books, guns, and nifty gadgets are the keys to my good side.

Catch a clue folks on TV B Gone!

It is infrared, which mean if there is not a straight shot to make the infrared connection, like you do with your home TV, IT WILL NOT WORK!

It is not a radio receiver transmitter as TVs dont work that way. You cannot turn off your neighbors TV while walking by or any TV that has the infrared connection covered with a simple piece of electrical tape, etc., which by the way is what many restaurants are now doing.

It is a waste of money that will eventualy piss off a large sports fan in a bar and lead to a lawsuit.

Well bummer.

I guess I have to get him the cowboy boots afterall.

Thanks for sharing. Surely you can at least admit that it was a good idea.

Terrific idea, Super idea, well then...let's get with it and patent our own!
I can not tell you how the television rattles the brain and I live alone! I have basic cable and the junk is unreal, am I that old? No, I is a woman just past 50. I think it is what I say in me kids world, I am a square in a round world and if that means I am a geek, well...quack quack quak!
Oh, that's a duck. Same thing!

Blessing A Bounty Full there Dear Wife!
